Because I am a Department Chair, and have been either that or a Program Chair much of my career at Ivy Tech, I will also address the points of the Academic Leadership Criteria of Standard one.

In this section, I talk about my contribution to the college, show how I show leadership with the IT Academic programs, promote a positive work climate and engage faculty. I will also show how I handle enrollment, secondary/post-secondary linkages and community service.
